Soft red color; fresh and floral nose, sapid and mineral taste. Serving with fish and shellfish. Store in vertical position, serve chilled at 10-12°C.
After manual harvesting, the bunches of grapes were placed directly in the press for soft crushing. The wine must is kept in contact with the grapes only for the first 18-20 hours, so as not to remove too much color from the maceration. Later it was then racked and completed the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the alcoholic fermentation was again racked and placed 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in French oak barriques. After a brief period of 5/6 months in wood, we made the blend between barrels and stainless steel tanks with subsequent filtration and bottling of wine, followed by a period of bottle aging of two months. Alcohol content 12.5%.
